“Volunteering at the Foundation for two weeks has been a great experience and a real eye-opener. The kids are great – they can be a real handful but they are lots of fun too. You really feel like you’re making a difference to people when you’re here – just helping the kids with basic things like learning to clean their teeth, comb their hair and count from from one to ten. My Spanish has improved thanks to the kids and all the staff who are also great and really helpful! You never have to be bored working here, there is always something to do … don’t be afraid to ask!”
